Abstract:
The three main constituents of the clause are the verb phrase, the subject phrase and tense. Two types of verb phrase occur, the intransitive having a subject person prefixed to the verb root, and the transitive having an object person prefix or a free object. Ordering of the elements in the clause differs for these two types. Reference is also made to the use of temporal and locative phrases, and the agreements that occur between elements.
